The successful candidate will develop and execute commercial strategies, evaluate market and competitive conditions, negotiate customer arrangements, and work closely with Refining, Operations, Laboratory, Logistics, Finance, Risk, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and global commercial teams. Monitor precious-metal markets, recycling and refining trends, customer industries, technology developments, competitive activity, and emerging material streams to identify opportunities and recommend commercial responses.
