Contract Administration & Documentation: Prepare and send assignment documents for customer signature to execute hierarchy swaps on Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) agreements; Manage early renewals and amendments that change contract structure, and process corrections to existing agreements - billing errors, entity name changes, structural fixes - that keep the account accurate without altering its revenue terms. What You'll Do: Account Investigation & Problem-Solving: Use Salesforce to dig into billing, contract, and quote issues, tracing the history of an account to understand how a discrepancy occurred and what the correct end state should be; This is heavy investigative work: reconciling contract terms against billing records, identifying root cause on messy or ambiguous accounts, and determining the right corrective action.
