The Inside Sales Associate sells appliances to BSI, Inc. customers - homeowners, builders, and multi-family developers - across apartment replacement, retail, and builder segments of the business and supports the business by achieving gross margin sales goals. The Inside Sales Associate is expected to deliver exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and through written communication, maintain strong working knowledge of product lines, pricing, availability, delivery, and installation practices; and help ensure the showroom is welcoming, organized, and sales ready.
