Responsible for performing various craft skills in the routine maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, such as, troubleshooting and making minor repairs to motors, pumps, air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, heating and air conditioning units, perform wiring, plumbing and carpentry tasks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
