Employees must be able to safely navigate residential homes and properties, including basements, attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and other confined or restricted areas as needed to evaluate HVAC systems and customer needs. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, and other conditions commonly encountered in residential HVAC environments.
