The functions for this role include, but are not limited to: equipping Team Members with training platforms and resources; providing feedback and coaching to Team Members on restaurant procedures and requirements; maintaining training records; training new and existing Team Members on various aspects of the business (i.e., menu knowledge and preparation, customer service skills, food safety and sanitation procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale systems, equipment operations and maintenance, inventory organization and systems, opening, transitioning, and closing). This role is responsible for the majority of training duties in Front of House and Back of House for all Team Member positions at Summerville, including the first 30 hours of onboarding training for new Team Members and ongoing training for existing Team Members in additional operational positions.
