Primary Responsibilities: Function as the overall Portfolio Manager, partnering with business leaders, IT leadership, project and product teams, and vendors to establish and maintain the master technology roadmap, initiative plans, dependencies, timelines, priorities, risks, resource needs, budgets, and delivery capabilities. Support portfolio governance and prioritization by evaluating initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, cost, resource capacity, risk, and expected outcomes; partner with project and program managers to address scope, schedule, cost, and delivery challenges.
