SAP Skillset: • 2-3 full cycle implementation experience, 2 -3 Rollout projects, 4-5 E2E Support projects • Broad knowledge of FICO areas (New General Ledger, Special leaders, Accounts Receivables, - Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Banking Automation, Cost Element -Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal orders, Profitability Analysis, FSCM, IDOC and Interface related knowledge ). • Ability to define the test cases / Integration test cases and perform the testing • Meet the SLAs and to raise the bar in the quality of support services • Ability to communicate issues, options for addressing the issues and status on projects with managers, peers and users in the business through oral and written as appropriate to audience.
