<div><code></code>We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Delivery Scheduler to join our Warehouse & Delivery Operations team.  ABOUT THE ROLEThe Delivery Scheduler is the operational backbone of our delivery experience. You are the central point of coordination between our customers, Designers, Delivery Team, Warehouse Team, and leadership. Your work directly shapes how customers experience the final and most exciting step of their purchase - receiving pieces they love in their homes.This role offers a mix of administrative duties and hands on warehouse support. You'll bring strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service to the admin side of things: scheduling, route planning, documentation, and customer communication. And when the team needs you on the floor, you show up. Whether that means staging furniture, unloading a truck, or stepping into another warehouse role to keep things moving - you're in.If you thrive in a role where no two days look exactly the same and you genuinely enjoy being part of a hardworking, hands-on team, this is a great fit!WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Scheduling & Coordination</li><li>Monitor orders in DASH and Shopify, confirm eligibility, and contact customers to schedule deliveries</li><li>Verify orders are paid in full, inspected, and ready before scheduling</li><li>Review Designer notes and special handling instructions for each order</li><li>Create and manage delivery calendar events in Outlook</li><li>Update order statuses, comments, DESO, and the SO Received Spreadsheet accurately and on time</li><li>Route Planning & Capacity</li><li>Build efficient delivery routes using Google Maps, uShip, and internal tools</li><li>Monitor truck capacity, delivery limits, and team availability daily</li><li>Finalize routes no later than 2:00 PM the business day before delivery</li><li>Clearly flag full routes and communicate capacity to the team</li><li>Pre-Delivery Preparation</li><li>Print and organize DESO packets and sign-off sheets</li><li>Stage all items by route and delivery order, ensuring protection and efficiency</li><li>Email delivery schedules to Designers at least 24 hours in advance</li><li>Post-Delivery & Documentation</li><li>Assist with unloading trucks, disposing of trash, and returning packing materials</li><li>Confirm order statuses are updated to "Fulfilled"</li><li>Support end-of-day and next-day preparation</li><li>Warehouse & Cross-Team Support</li><li>Assist with incoming shipments, inspections, tagging, and staging</li><li>Maintain organized warehouse and loading areas</li><li>Step in to support the Delivery Driver Team Lead, Delivery Assistant, or Warehouse Associate when business needs require additional coverage</li></ul>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Exceptional organizational skills - you manage multiple moving parts without losing accuracy or detail</li><li>A customer service mindset - every interaction with a customer reflects our brand; you take that seriously</li><li>Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on work, like loading a truck or staging furniture </li><li>Willingness to step in wherever needed - this team wins together, and you don't wait to be asked</li><li>Clear, professional communicator - with customers on the phone and teammates on the floor</li><li>High attention to accuracy - scheduling errors affect real customers and real deliveries</li><li>Comfortable with multiple digital systems and tools</li><li>Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and work in an active warehouse environment</li><li>Ability to work in a variety of enviorments, both insude and outside and comfortable on ladders</li><li>Flexible and adaptable - priorities shift and you shift with them</li><li>Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred</li></ul>WHY NELL HILL'SWe are good people who love what we do.
