As the Enterprise Master Scheduler at Z Modular, you will lead integrated scheduling across the complete development-to-occupancy lifecycle, connecting land acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, design, procurement, modular manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and occupancy into reliable project and portfolio schedules. Integrate milestones for land acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, permits, utility and infrastructure readiness, financing dependencies, design and engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site readiness, erection, construction, commissioning, turnover, occupancy approval, and asset handoff or lease-up.
