Build, publish, and maintain fully resourced Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development programs, including engineering, prototyping, integration, and test activities, constrained by labor, facilities, test assets, and long-lead materials. Conduct ongoing scenario analysis and "return-to-green" planning when schedule risk emerges (design delays, test failures, resource conflicts, material constraints), proposing recovery options and trade-offs across cost, schedule, and performance.
