The Senior Scheduler will enter patient flow data throughout the day to maintain the EPIC board, multi-task the entire shift, answering phones, coordinate with physician offices, Preop, and PACU staff, and ensuring effective communication throughout the department. The objective is to facilitate efficiency in the utilization of clinical staff and coordination of scheduled surgeries and add-on surgeries throughout the day in a customer-friendly manner.
