If you know how to manage high trip volume, coordinate drivers in real time, and keep schedules running smoothly under pressure, we want to hear from you.</div><div> </div><div>PAY</div><ul><li>$18–$20/hour (based on experience)</li></ul><div>WHAT YOU'LL DO</div><ul><li>Schedule and dispatch high-volume daily NEMT trips</li><li>Manage trip assignments and updates through Indiana Medicaid broker portals</li><li>Coordinate directly with drivers and monitor live trip activity</li><li>Handle same-day changes, cancellations, add-ons, and reassignments</li><li>Track ETAs, delays, no-shows, and trip completion status</li><li>Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation</li><li>Resolve rider and driver issues professionally and efficiently</li><li>Ensure all trips meet broker compliance standards and timelines</li></ul><div>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</div><ul><li>Based in or near Anderson, Indiana</li><li>At least 1 year of recent NEMT dispatch experience</li><li>Proven experience using Indiana Medicaid broker scheduling/routing portals</li><li>Comfortable managing 50–100+ trips daily</li><li>Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient with dispatch software and basic office tools</li></ul><div>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</div><ul><li>Experience working with multiple broker portals</li><li>Familiarity with Indiana counties, hospitals, and medical facilities</li><li>Background in high-volume transportation dispatch operations</li></ul><div>Send your resume with details about your NEMT dispatch background and experience using Indiana Medicaid broker portals.</div>

Minimum Requirements • Post-secondary education or equivalent in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Management, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management in a manufacturing environment. • Previous experience leading or coordinating planners or scheduling activities preferred. • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Deep understanding of MRP, capacity planning, inventory control, and material flow. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analysis tools. Job Specific Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and own the master production schedule based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability. • Lead and provide direction to production planners/schedulers, ensuring alignment to plant priorities and consistent planning practices. • Balance demand and capacity constraints, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans. • Act as the primary escalation point for scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and production disruptions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, and program management to align schedules and priorities. • Review customer releases and forecasts to establish optimized build plans. • Drive adherence to schedule attainment, inventory targets, and on-time delivery performance. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, WIP, and line-side stock to support uninterrupted production. • Oversee supplier release processes and support expediting activities as required. • Lead planning-related continuous improvement initiatives (forecast accuracy, schedule stability, inventory reduction, etc.). • Support new program launches by developing and managing ramp-up and capacity plans. • Ensure accuracy of planning parameters in ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.). • Participate in S&OP / production review meetings and provide data-driven insights. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
