Responsibilities include scheduling on and off campus appointments for residents, managing appointment routing in EPIC and making changes as necessary, sending all documentation to on campus nurses for off campus appointments, arranging transportation to and from off campus appointments, managing Psych, Neuro, and Urology on campus clinics, scheduling drivers for off campus appointments, managing monthly driver log for Logistics, verifying any Prior Insurance Authorizations needed for off campus procedures, scheduling mammograms and bone density with all required documentation, managing all rescheduled appointments and documentation, prioritizing phone calls and messages by priority and assisting in Employee Health services such as Workman's Comp, Incident reports, vaccinations, etc. It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence.
