We’re growing and seeking dependable, detail-oriented Schedulers to help coordinate care for our patients and support our clinical team.Position Summary: Schedulers are responsible for organizing daily visit schedules for our nurses and aides. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Overview:
To review customer orders and establish an optimal production schedule based on customer requirements, raw material procurement timelines, and production capabilities in a fast-paced production environment. To work as a team to balance workload for optimum efficiency.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="text-align:justify">Review, process, arrange, control, and optimize the production schedule to achieve on-time delivery for all customer orders.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Communicate with purchasing personnel regarding any raw material shortages that may impede the ability to fulfill a customer order.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Manage cut-ins and escalations.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Prepare, inform, and communicate with appropriate personnel about the production schedule.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Communicate promptly any changes for a proactive preview of the schedule with production personnel.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Communicate any production issues with the Customer Service team.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Communicate with Technical personnel when there is a rework or substitution required.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Update customers of any delays in delivery date Review daily reports and take appropriate actions.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Data entry and use of computer programs for data changes, inventory adjustments and closing out of orders.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="text-align:justify">Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Two (2) years' experience in scheduling in a manufacturing industry preferred.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Strong computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). Familiarity of Spectrum, SAP and Workstation Basic is helpful.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events through organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment establishing priorities and managing multiple tasks and demands.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to interact well with all personality types.</li></ul>
