The Associate Vice President serves as the institution's principal advisor on physician and faculty compensation matters and provides strategic guidance regarding organizational transformation, clinical expansion, new business ventures, compensation plan redesign, academic growth initiatives, leadership appointments, and emerging trends impacting academic medicine and healthcare delivery. This role partners closely with executive leadership, department chairs, institute directors, faculty leadership, and other senior stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support organizational growth, physician and faculty recruitment and retention, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and the academic mission of education, research, and patient care.
