Extraordinary Projects, Exceptional Performance <h5>Description </h5>As a Scheduler at Lunda Construction, you will play a key role in planning and managing schedules for complex heavy civil projects. In this role, you will: <ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases—from pre-construction through close-out. </li><li>Track, update, and report on schedule progress, performance, and potential delays. </li><li>Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives. </li><li>Create schedule fragments and incorporate them into the master schedule for time impact analyses and scenario studies. </li><li>Prepare and analyze time impact assessments for completed, ongoing, and upcoming work. </li><li>Facilitate pull-planning sessions with field teams, consultants, and subcontractors. </li><li>Lead schedule review meetings with field and project management teams. </li><li>Gather data from project logs (Change Orders, Procurement, Submittals, RFIs, Billings/Requisitions, Commissioning, Close-out, etc.) and integrate into the schedule. </li><li>Prepare, review, and deliver project schedule reports. </li><li>Support earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading and modeling, claims, and other scheduling-related tasks as needed. </li></ul><h5>Requirements </h5><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution. </li><li>5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil construction projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, rail, utilities, etc.). </li><li>Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel. </li><li>Experience with public projects such as infrastructure, water/wastewater, buildings, or commercial construction is preferred. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently </li></ul>OUR MISSION We build critical infrastructure that creates a better world. Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">Answers all incoming calls; assesses callers’ needs and directs to appropriate personnel.  Pages clinic personnel as appropriate.  Obtains and communicates messages in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Schedules patient referrals and returning patients in computer system in accordance with physician and/or office guidelines. For new and or referred patients, sets up in system with appropriate documentation and coding. Available for emergency and storm operations including on call coverage as necessary. Ensure compliance with Inventory/Material Management Policies and Procedures and is responsible for achieving inventory management, material availability, and process improvement objectives. Essential Responsibilities • Manages and maintains relationships with vendors, logistics, buyers/planners, accounts payable, project managers, construction, engineering, and standards on the successful execution of material fulfillment activities. Works to resolve complex material fulfillment solutions based on job specifics and conditions. Capable to prepare and deliver presentations on business unit projects, supply chain processes, and strategic initiatives. Counsel Business Units on applying analysis, industry knowledge, and insight on material fulfillment trends being observed. • Expert knowledge of supplier programs, manufacturing processes for commodities and highly engineering equipment, and major commodity fulfillment process. Ability to negotiate with suppliers to mitigate delivery risk by creating complex solutions to support critical material fulfillment strategies. Manage the logistics of direct material delivery. Act as subject matter expert on developing and evaluating material fulfillment strategies. Perform ad-hoc data compilation and analysis functions and assist in the review and performance management of suppliers material fulfillment strategies evaluated by the Strategic Sourcing organization. • Provide expertise, advice and counsel to all levels of Xcel Energy personnel, contractors and suppliers, and establish effective working relationships with internal organizations and external entities.
