The successful candidate will establish and maintain disciplined planning processes and visual metrics that enable the organization to manage material flow and production capacity meet customer commitments while supporting production ramp-up, continuous improvement, in a new product introduction environment for future PGM manufacturing growth. The Master Scheduler / SIOP Lead will work cross-functionally with Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to ensure production requirements are aligned with available capacity, materials, equipment, personnel, and test capability.
