Serve as the primary day-to-day technology partner for Corporate functions, including Human Resources, building trusted relationships with global and regional leaders, process owners, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and other stakeholders. Lead documentation of source and target systems, data ownership, field mappings, event triggers, frequency, security, authentication, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, support, and approved country-specific variations.
