Clinical or hospital experience, strategic planning, user-focus, ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, strong process orientation, project management tools, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility, alternate construction project delivery methods, and construction contacts. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in project management, construction administration, architecture, engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
