The Project Manager works within the state's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), follows its hybrid project lifecycle (Agile practices during implementation), takes direction from the EPMO Portfolio Manager, and manages one or more program projects day to day alongside the state project team, program sponsors, governance committees and implementation vendors. Create and maintain the project schedule in the EPMO-prescribed tool (activities, dependencies, milestones, start and end dates, resources, percent complete), updated weekly through closeout, and take part in weekly updates to the implementation vendor's master schedule.
