Responsibilities include preparing rental bikes, skis, or boards as per the season, cleaning, receiving customer equipment for tunes or mounts, coordinating with technicians, answering phone inquiries, assisting mechanics with bike tunes, aiding ski techs in binding tests, servicing rental bikes as needed, managing recycling, and detailing bikes upon return.
