A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Support Engineering Cust Supt Service Specialist.   Position Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Ogden, UT   As a Support Engineering Cust Supt Service Specialist, you will:<ul><li>Investigate simple technical, maintenance, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting to understand root cause.</li><li>Receive customer reports and correlates to established criteria for reportable events.</li><li>Provide reports and assistance in researching event to determine safety implications.</li><li>Develop routine in-service correspondence for continued safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.</li><li>Initiate routine quality investigations.</li><li>Coordinate limited technical communications between customers, suppliers and Client resources to assure customer requirements are met.</li><li>Provide technical support for maintenance, repair and preventive measures that ensure continued safe and economic operations for customers.</li><li>Apply technical knowledge to research, develop, test and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs and technical data.</li><li>Travel up to 10% of the time</li></ul>  Required Skills/Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with teams of diverse backgrounds</li><li>Communicate with management and Government officials</li></ul>  Education Level: <ul><li>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.</li></ul>  Preferred skills:<ul><li>Experience performing large scale tests and checkouts</li><li>Knowledge and experience in test equipment, setup, planning, and automation.
