The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation, appearance, functionality, service delivery, workplace experience, and management of four Kearney-based facilities, including the corporate office buildings that serve as the workspace for corporate employees, the airplane hangar, the e-commerce fulfillment center and the distribution center. This position negotiates third-party vendor contracts, oversees specialty service providers such as lawn care, snow removal, and building repair contractors, and will oversee all repair and/or installation activities across all four locations.
