Maintain cleanliness of assigned residential properties, including hallways, stairwells, basements, laundry rooms, and other common areas • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and tools • Remove trash, debris, and refuse from interior and exterior areas • Clean and disinfect restrooms and common-area fixtures • Wash interior windows, walls, and ceilings as needed • Perform seasonal snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areas • Cut grass and assist with general groundskeeping • Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting and minor repairs • Provide basic pest control support as directed • Reset breakers and assist tenants when instructed • Open access areas (e.g., basement doors) for utility providers as directed • Complete and close out work orders accurately and in a timely manner • Track time properly using the company timekeeping system • Follow all company safety and security procedures • Occasionally assist with showing vacant units to prospective tenants. This is a hands-on position responsible for the daily upkeep of common areas, light maintenance support, seasonal groundskeeping, and snow removal.
