TOM TPDE is dedicated to optimizing workforce deployment, fleet utilization, and planning accuracy through the implementation of data-driven models and scalable mechanisms, ensuring TOM-managed yards are staffed, equipped, and operationally ready. You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM"s Short-Term Labor Plan, equipment allocation strategies, and 3P procurement mechanisms.
