Attorney & Litigation Support - Assist with attorney communications, provide requested claim documentation, attend claim meetings as needed, and track follow-up actions related to litigated or potentially litigated claims. Coordinate with Internal & External Partners - Maintain communication with branch leadership, Safety Managers, fleet managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and other involved parties to obtain information and move claims toward resolution.
