Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Stockroom, Test, Maintenance, Program Management, and Finance to coordinate resources, schedule critical equipment (e.g., vibration test stands, test chambers), resolve material or capacity constraints, and support new order/contract reviews. Job Purpose: The Production Manager leads and manages production and operations from production planning through shipment, with responsibility for materials and inventory management, shipping and warehouse operations, production floor performance, and multi-shift (24/6) execution.
