Staffs the outpatient transplant clinic with providers and other members of multidisciplinary team, prepares nursing assessment, prepares appropriate documents and reports for clinic and documents clearly each encounter when patient seen in clinic (changes to medications, procedures to be scheduled for follow up on, laboratory schedules changes, etc.).
