Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of park grounds, walkways, entrances, event areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
