Safety & Security Manager, this role manages the Security Supervisor(s) and Officer team, owns the design and continuous improvement of security programs and protocols, and serves as the primary liaison between security operations and Gifthealth leadership. Lead and develop the security team, including Security Supervisors and Officers, across all Gifthealth sites; own hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
