This role monitors and patrols assigned areas, maintains a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, responds to concerns, and delivers exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
