Maintain all boilers, electric motors, pumps, water heaters, water softeners, all air conditioners and condensing units, air filter replacement, belt replacement, and compressor oil change out, bearing, exhaust fans, all classroom ventilators, and all other related mechanical maintenance. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift materials; use tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs; and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
