Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns.
