Minimum Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience; Minimum of 5 years within the accounting/finance field; Experience with financial audits, close processes, forecasting, financial reporting, and budgeting; Experience with accounting software such as Blackbaud Financial Edge; Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Position Summary The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations for Charlotte Community Health Clinic and will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining detailed and organized financial records, managing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annually close processes, and enforcing compliance with company policies.
