p>In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be $128,000 to $192,000 per year + Profit Sharing and Project-Based Incentive Bonus. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
Collaborate with the Manager of Finance and Business Operations to nominate faculty and outside authorities for Graduate Faculty Appointments, which enables them to teach graduate-level courses, sponsor Independent Study at the graduate level, and be committee members of defenses and examinations of individual students in the department. Independently analyzes complex student issues-such as financial aid concerns, enrollment anomalies, ineligible appointments, and graduation clearance-and implements strategies to resolve them; collaborates with campus offices and, when appropriate, petitions on behalf of students to address exceptional circumstances.
Senior LPMHCs must have five years of post-licensed experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment, demonstrating progressive professional competency and expertise and be licensed to provide clinical supervision to trainees or unlicensed LPMHCs. Hold a masters or doctoral degree in: Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling; Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling; or a related field, from a program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
