Affordable Housing Programs - design, implementation, and administration of affordable housing programs and policies, such as inclusionary housing, rental assistance, homeownership assistance, and tenant or housing preservation programs; applicant eligibility and income certification; waitlist and unit placement management; and/or ongoing compliance monitoring of affordable units.
