Drives continuous improvements through reviewing incident investigations involving injuries, environmental events, and near misses, within 48 hours, conducting root cause analysis, leading learning reviews for significant events, developing and implementing sustainable corrective action. The Senior Director of Environmental partners closely with other cross functional partners, including operations, engineering, maintenance, facilities, quality, HR, and senior leadership to build a strong safety culture, improve environmental performance, and drive sustainable business practices.
