Job Responsibilities:The Senior Contractor Support to the Digital Transformation Initiatives will provide support to the following areas:ADSE Program ManagementOTIS Portfolio ManagementDT IKM ManagementDT Strategic CommunicationDT Literacy and EducationEmerging and Disruptive Technologies to support the exploration, understanding, and assessment of EDT focus areas (such as Artificial Intelligence, robotic and autonomous systems, quantum technologies, novel materials and advanced manufacturing, hypersonic technologies, energy and propulsion technologies, biotechnology and human enhancement, next generation networks (e.g. Candidates should hold an active NATO or national Secret clearance and bring at least five years of P3M leadership experience (including requirements management), experience briefing senior leaders, and working knowledge of C2 capability development, Joint Operational C2/Maritime operations, capability architectures, configuration management, and tools such as IBM Rational DOORS, supported by a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
