Reporting to the CASS AF Team Manager, the Team Lead is accountable for associate development, performance management, work assignment, capacity planning, technical quality, production stability, and delivery of approved application enhancements, releases, and project commitments. Partner with the CASS AF Team Manager, AHFC/HCFI business stakeholders, and IT partners on workforce needs, succession and capability planning, vendor performance, CASS and AF application roadmaps, technical debt, continuous improvement, risk management, and budget inputs.
