Validate ServiceNow forms, fields, tables, views, notifications, reports, dashboards, workflows, and application configurations Test ServiceNow Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other platform components to verify expected functionality Test Nuvolo FRAMES Real Property (RP) and Personal Property (PP) functionality; examples include asset creation, updates, transfers, disposal, inventory, data visibility, user roles, approvals, and reporting workflows, as applicable to approved requirements. Responsibilities: Develop, document, and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications supporting FAA FRAMES business requirements Plan, coordinate, and execute manual unit-level, functional, system integration (SIT), regression, volume/performance and end-to-end testing; support FAA-led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate incident fixes or approved business & technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
