7+ years of relevant experience, including significant financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, transaction advisory, public accounting advisory, investment banking, or related M&A experience.2+ years of experience supervising engagement teams, reviewing workpapers and deliverables, coaching team members, and managing project execution. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, reviewing detailed analyses, coaching team members, and communicating directly with clients, lenders, private equity sponsors, company management teams, and internal stakeholders.
