p class="MsoNormal">Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with federal and state legislative offices, providing them with updated financial aid information and literature, technical assistance with constituent concerns, and participation at financial aid information sessions and similar events as needed; works collaboratively with in-house Legislative Affairs staff to avoid duplication of effort and to ensure effective communications. There is special focus on the high schools, federal grants in which PHEAA plays a role in in-kind activities, low-income schools and schools that have a low percentage of students going on to higher education, as well as organizations that best reach our target audience, to create awareness of access to higher education.
The clinical goal of this program is to provide youth under 21 and their parents/caregivers with the intensive short- term treatment needed to maintain the youth at home safely and to (re)connect them to ongoing outpatient and/or community-based services. The focus of FIT is to ameliorate the youth’s mental health issues and strengthen the family structures and supports, with the goal of safety transitioning the youth in to a less-intensive, community-based treatment.
Gold Care Program is a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurse case managers, social work case managers, community health workers, and scheduling team, united by our mission to build a better care delivery system for Devoted’s most complex members. Work under the supervision of building administration, Special Education teachers, and classroom teachers; Assist small groups and/or individual students with progress toward academic, social-emotional, and/or behavioral goals within the classroom, with guidance provided by the teacher; Communicate and collaborate with teachers; Provide direct instruction in an inclusion classroom or small group setting; Ability to modify curriculum; Maintain confidential information; Collect data on student performance as needed; Assist students with daily living/self-help skills; Attend and participate in training opportunities as directed; and Perform supervisory duties, as assigned by school administration. 7 and 8), required within the first year of employment Completion of the 2-hour online Language Ambassador Training Course, certificate required upon hire High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred; Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement preferred; Experience working with students with and without disabilities; Demonstrate the ability to assist in the inclusion and/or Special Education classroom; Experience working with English Language Learners Bilingual preferred CPI training preferred.
