Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, this role leads the design and delivery of Talent Management programs for Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implants, partnering with TAG leadership and brand HR leaders to drive talent strategies and programs, and is accountable for the quality, consistency, and results of those programs. The role is hands-on, building strategy while staying connected through training and execution, and leads through influence across a complex, matrixed environment, partnering with executive leadership, brand HR leaders, other HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, and Compliance on Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
