Associate’s Degree in a construction-related or civil engineering discipline; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 0 – 3 years of experience within a construction-related environment in project estimation, project management, project coordination; or alternatively, relevant recent education; Proficiency in construction-related software, or ability to quickly learn the various applications; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; A willingness to learn and be coached and mentored; Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical, mathematical and computer skills required; Astute time management, attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, planning, effective multi-tasking, problem-solving, analytical, follow-through and customer service skills; Ability to work effectively alone and within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative team environment; Valid CA driver’s license, clean and insurable driving record and own vehicle.
