Reporting to the Client/LPG Compliance Lead, this role acts as project leader on assignments requiring mastery of the compliance requirements that govern the design, construction, operation and maintenance of Client and LPG facilities, with primary emphasis on 49 CFR Part 193 and NFPA 59A, and takes a lead role in developing, implementing and maintaining the group's governance, risk management and compliance program. The role requires 8+ years of relevant engineering/compliance experience, strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and industry codes, and the ability to lead compliance programs, interface with regulators, and support plant operations.
