Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for interior and exterior wall system projects Interpret and analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents to define project scope Develop quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstruction Analyze historical cost data and market conditions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Manage bid schedules, subcontractor outreach, and vendor coordination Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and constructability considerations Mentor and develop junior estimators within the team. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred 7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably in wall systems (drywall, framing, plaster, etc.).
