Demonstrated experience reading, interpreting and plotting legal descriptions contained within various real estate documents, such as leases, licenses, easements and grant deeds using Assessor's maps, Record of Survey maps, Tract, and Parcel Maps; land related legal descriptions, title reports and associated documents. * Analyze critical and complex land rights information by researching real property documents and maps via various internal and external systems in support of various business partners such as Technical Planning, Transmission Road and Right of Way, Transmission, Engineering, Law and perform Rights Studies for Major Projects Organization.
