The Senior Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the collections and processing of blood specimens, providing assessment and care for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric in-patients, emergency room patients, and patients from other hospital services as needed. Develops, manages, retains and grows profitable banking relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift, Have a thorough working knowledge of the site's operating systems in order to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution, Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion. Provide operational oversight and scheduling duties to the individuals assigned facility to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including but not limited to transportation planning, scheduling, reporting, customer relations and operational execution in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives.

This role will also be responsible for growing sales growth of our cutting-edge cloud-based software platform that helps foodservice providers to streamline operations and improve efficiency by digitizing manual tasks, capturing critical data, and providing powerful insights. To meet customer requirements and comply with local or state regulations, applicants for certain customer-facing roles may need to: - Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $68,640.00 - $88,160, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for construction projects, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing.
