Manage Tool Room operations, resources, budgets, capital investments, inventory, equipment, preventive maintenance, and documentation while collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to support engineering changes, reduce downtime, and achieve safety, quality, and performance targets. Lead and develop the Tool Room organization by supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating toolmakers, machinists, and apprentices while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and succession planning.
